Cancellation Policy:
Upon receiving your reservation request, our staff
at Terrace Beach Resort will contact you to finalize
the details and book your stay with us. A 50%
deposit at time of booking is required. There
is a 14-day cancellation policy. You will receive
your deposit back less a $50 Administration Fee
for each unit cancelled. For cancellations less
than 14 days, your deposit will be forfeited.
No date changes or unit changes will be allowed within this 14-day cancellation window. No refunds will be given for unused days or early departures.
Please note: We ask that any guests planning to book with us who have any mobility issues of any nature,
please discuss this with our Office Staff before selecting your unit.
We want all of our guests to have a relaxing and enjoyable time,
and we can help you select a suite or cabin that will help you decide which one is best for you.
