A Japanese technique using pressure/trigger point therapy, working alongside with the nervous system. This style also incorporates some stretching, promoting better posture and leaving you with a sense limberness.

A gentle/moderate whole body massage with flow. A great first time massage, with a choice of an essential oil to help calm the muscles and relax the mind.

Deep Seaweed Sports
