Terms

  • All prices are based on double occupancy
  • $10 per night/per extra person
  • Children age 12 and under stay free
  • * 2 Night Minimum Stay during:
    • Summer season and Canadian Long Weekends
    • Dec. 23 - Jan. 3
    • ALL the hot tub units require a minimum of a two-night stay in both our Regular and our Summer Season.
  • Special prices for stays of 5 nights and over - check with our Resort Office for details
  • Pet Charge: $20 per pet per stay
  • Smoking is permitted outside only. Guests who smoke inside any unit may be charged $100 for special cleaning.
  • Please expect linen and towel changes and light housekeeping after TWO sleeps - so, on your third day with us.
  • All taxes extra.
  • We accept MC, Visa, Travellers' Cheques, Debit, and Cash.
    No personal cheques, please.
  • Check-in time - 3 pm / Check-out time 11 am
  • Quiet time at our Resort is 10PM to 9AM
  • A $25.00 charge will be added to your Credit Card
    if dishes are left unwashed at time of check-out.
  • Please note: for guests that this might be an issue,
    you cannot drive up to the door of your unit.
    Please discuss any issues you
    might have with our staff before booking.
  • A $50.00 late check-out fee will be added to your room charge
    unless prior arrangements are made with our manager.
  • Any damage in any unit caused by our guests will be charged to the guest's Credit Card.

Cancellation Policy:

A 50% deposit at time of booking is required. There is a 14-day cancellation policy. You will receive your deposit back less a $50 Administration Fee for each unit cancelled. For cancellations less than 14 days, your deposit will be forfeited. No date changes or unit changes will be allowed within this 14-day cancellation window. No refunds will be given for unused days or early departures.
