Price List

Please have all offers emailed to the listing agent by 6pm on the same day of the Sales Release for the particular home you are interested in. The listing agent will notify all agents at approximately 6:15pm how many offers (if any) have been received. All offers will be reviewed that same evening at 7pm and the Sellers will accept an offer by midnight on the same day of Sales Release (if an acceptable offer is received).
